The Central library branch downtown is hosting a mask recycling bin for Masks4Victoria. The bin is immediately inside the library entrance, to the left. When the bin gets full the library will be reordering it. Thanks for the tip, Jo!

Tattoo artist at Painted Lotus Studios. Emily masks for appointments and requests clients mask as well. The studio does not have a mask policy, but it is a large space and artists ask before entering each other’s workspace.

A downtown mini-zoo with over 50 species of insects, arachnids, and their many-legged relatives. For the first hour of every day, masks are required for everyone over 5 years old.

Downtown Mexican restaurant with one of the largest tequila and mezcal selections in Canada. Covered outdoor patio in Market Square.

Shanzee’s Biscuit Cafe
Downtown breakfast and lunch cafe serving southern-style cuisine. Patio is accessed through the cafe, and ordering is at the counter. Patio does not have heaters but it is open in the winter.
